Frogdogpal Posted May 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 15, 2017 did I miss something? On Imagination now. Applied $300 Verizon gift cards to my sign and sail account. Went to casino and played $25. Went to cashier to cash out and she said I had to go to customer services. Talked to two people and they said I could not get back cash. Had to be used for onboard services, purchases etc. Don't want any purchases. Am I out the $300? Yikes.
LaCal Posted May 15, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 15, 2017 I've put gift cards on my sign and Sail card and never had a problem putting X amount of money in the slots and cashing out the rest Gift cards are just like cash
cruizinisthebest Posted May 15, 2017 #3 Share Posted May 15, 2017 I've never had a problem cashing out the balance of gift cards right at guest services. I've never used the casino method, but I thought it was full proof. Maybe not. Perhaps they are cracking down. Lots of people use gift cards. LaCal Posted May 15, 2017 #5 Share Posted May 15, 2017 Did you load the full $300 onto the slot machine? Then played $25$ You then should have $275 in your players bank which you can then cash out

And as far as guest services, you have to use more than $25 of $300 loaded in gift cards. They're not going to give you 75% of it back in cash. mishka422 Posted May 15, 2017 #7 Share Posted May 15, 2017 Yes, you have to load the entire amount to your casino bank first. Sent from my SM-G925V using Forums mobile app
