Rare Gilly Posted May 22, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 22, 2017 I've followed the conversations about alcohol-free drink options on board Regent for some time, because though I enjoy a well made G&T and am partial to a glass or two of an interesting wine, there are times when I'd prefer to steer clear of the alcohol. This weekend we discovered Seedlip and at last, it appears there's a palatable "grown-up" non-alcohol drink. I'm wondering, has anyone else tried it - but perhaps more importantly, what are the chances of Regent taking some on board?
garyb(uk) Posted May 22, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 22, 2017 there is an old saying Gilly - you don't ask you don't get.

Rare Gilly Posted May 22, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted May 22, 2017 Indeed, garyb. I'll make a request when we make our dinner reservations! I've not tried kombucha, Dan. In fact, I'm not even sure I know what it is. I need to follow your link

Rare Gilly Posted March 7, 2018 Author #9 Share Posted March 7, 2018 Returning to the Seedlip non-alcoholic "spirit", we did indeed request it for our upcoming cruise and received a phone call last week from "Regent Special Services" with profound apologies that although they'd been unable to source it for our Singapore departure next week, they will continue to try to get hold of some at other points during our cruise. We were very impressed by this particular service and grateful for such personal attention, which in our experience is typical of the responsive Regent we know and love. rich48100 Posted March 7, 2018 #10 Share Posted March 7, 2018 Just for your info, when we were on the Voyager last year the wife wanted something non-alcoholic so she asked if she could get a virgin strawberry daiquiri. No problem, mixed it up and it tasted fantastic. She also got a virgin pina colada. Those guys can really mix up some great concoctions. Rare RachelG Posted March 8, 2018 #11 Share Posted March 8, 2018 I like the virgin mojito on a hot day. Very refreshing.
Rare ronrick1943 Posted March 11, 2018 #12 Share Posted March 11, 2018 Besides all the virgin drinks, they have Fre wine and champagne besides the non-alcoholic beer. O the beer some is 0.5 so if you really want alcohol free check the label for 0.0.
irishwitchy Posted March 11, 2018 #13 Share Posted March 11, 2018 I'm sure you could ask for a sparkling apple cider or orangina for the room.
