Here, these guests have dedicated staff to assist with such things as shore excursions, specialty dining or Lotus Spa reservations. It is also used as a private disembarkation lounge for suite guests." - Sounds like an airline club lounge.

For us the best thing was the fancy coffee maker. It is also staffed with a concierge who opened the doors when my hands were full of coffee. However, she laways asked to do anything for us.

On the New Zealand cruise, it sails counterclockwise around the islands, so we chose port side R614 which is right next to the lounge, should be convenient.

 

On the Fiji, New Caledonia, and Vanuatu sailing, it was 50/50 so we thought we'd try a PS C102 at the front of the ship.

 

It will be nice sailing on a new ship for a change.

The concierge is not in this lounge except during certain hours. The hours are posted in the lounge. The only way to enter the lounge is to use the key card for your suite.

I had use of a Concierge Lounge on an RCCL ship with a full suite and the best thing about it was the hosted happy hour with great hors' deveours in the evenings. Unfortunately, Princess does not offer that. Maybe someday . . .
