Can you switch rooms at customer service after embarkstion

We may need to switch rooms once we get on board. Is this possible?

If you are talking about switching people between cabins you have booked, you will be able to do that. If you are looking to move to a different cabin from the one you have booked, there usually aren't any available,

Do you mean change from one room to somewhere else one the ship? Normally no

Or

Do you have more than one cabin booked and want to change who is in which cabin? No worries.

Someone who was originally going is not going on the cruise so we need to change roommates

We recently did this easily on Harmony at guest services...new SeaPass cards were issued in just a couple of minutes.... and everything updated in the computer system no problems at all...even with pre-cruise planner reservations we had.

No worries then.

They really don't care who sleeps where.

We switched two people on Liberty last week. No problems. We inquired when we got onboard and were told to wait until after muster drill then go to guest services. They switched the cabins and issued new Seapass cards in just a couple minutes. The new Seapasses even had the person's C&A status printed on them.

Really? That is the ship that I had heard balks at doing that, because the SeaPass cards have RFID chips in them.

I am glad that they accommodated you.

:)
