I didn't realize Eurodam was late leaving Seattle. I'm just wondering, could Juneau be having fireworks at midnight to ring in July 4?

I guess that's it for me today. If I'm up real early tomorrow I might catch the Eurodam leaving.

Thanks Kathi, Lou, and Dave.

I was thinking maybe that was why, also. Unfortunately, I won't be up at midnight Alaska time to find out.;)

Tuned in about 940pm to see if anyone leaving early and caught a peek at fireworks show off toward Douglas Island. Webcam did not pan towards the action. Bar patrons going crazy - very loud. If this is tonite, wonder what tomorrow will be like. Solstice preparing to go.

Pretty neat fireworks show for all the ship passengers. Can see folks along the docks watching. Really lasting a long time. Heard an announcement earlier that it is from a barge and they were asking a 300 ft clearance.
