Independence refurbishment

Recommended Posts

I have just came across this article if anyone is interested. I don't know if anyone else has posted it. Apologies if they.

Sorry but the link wouldn't work.

It states that Independence os will have a refurb April 2018. It will have a trampoline park, escape room, water slides and laser tag.

Where was she built, Finland?

Welding only seems to be a problem in France.

Correct, Voyager, Freedom, and the first two Oasis class ships came from Turku, Finland. Radiance and Quantum class came from Germany. Excellent welding from Finland and Germany.

Dragonoftheseas, that is my big question. They show the transatlantic sailing as sold out and lots of those who booked it bailed because they couldn't get a straight answer from RCL about what was going on. The TA was one with few ports and it was short, maybe 10 days?

That ship HAS to make a transatlantic journey before its European sailings in May. I would love to see the itinerary. Will the refurbish be done in Europe or in North America?
