Has anyone seen the additional OBC promised show up on their account?

I’m not impacted by this port change (on Silhouette Jan 7 cruise), but I would expect that this OBC will only appear on your account after embarkation. Just a thought.

We're sailing out of Port Everglades Dec 8 and have been promised the OBC. It doesn't show up in the cruise planner, hoping to see it on board.

I'm a little OCD. I think I'd call if it hasn't shown up. Since you are paid in full by now and the OBC is coming from X, I would expect that it should show up in your account and be available for pre-boarding spending.

Make sure that the OBC shows on your account. I just went through this very same thing after I made final payment. Call Celebrity and have them add it then request that they send you an updated invoice via email. Guest Relations will not honor anything word-of-mouth. They always check back with Corporate so it's best to have written proof.

I haven't been on Celebrity for a while, and that OBC being available for pre-boarding spending amazed and thrilled me. What a nice enhancement!

 

I agree that OBC promised you for a change should show up now, when you log in to look at your booked cruise.

I’m confused. This thread title is about port relocation. Is X offering an OBC because we are landing in Miami (which I am not saying is happening but got that idea from thread title) or just about normal OBC?

OBC from TAs is not posted until you are on the cruise. OBC from Celebrity is now posted prior to the cruise and can be used for pre cruise purchases of things such a shore excursions, beverage packages, dining, spa, etc.

This is an OBC because they moved set sail and return to MIA RATHER THAN FLL. The OBC is for the inconvenience since most of us have already booked airfare to FLL. I think it only affected 2 or 3 cruises. They are also providing transportation.

thank you Sun Lakes Cruiser. I am doing the previous cruise and Dec 8, and I have not been advised, and my car will be parked at Port Everglades. I will be making phone calls!
