How many bottles of wine for back to back , 3 day and 7 day?

Good luck with that :) You are allowed to bring back 1 liter of alcoholic drinks per person every 30 days. It doesn't matter how many cruises you've taken during that time or if you are b2b with the US being the B2B point. (If you purchase in the US Virgin Islands, I think that changes to 2 liters per person of liquor (actually purchased in the virgin islands (if they ask).

Having said that, there are two approaches you can try (at your own risk). One is to claim that you only have 1 liter per person each and hope that they just let you walk through with more in your bags.....or you can declare what you actually have and unless it's flagrant, they may let you through because it's not worth the effort to send you to pay the extra duty. Personally, I recommend the latter solution, but then again, I have an aversion to high fines and possible time sitting in holding rooms and such.

I don't have any personal experience with this, but as a suggestion; if X don't allow it, perhaps you could ask at the beginning of the first of the two cruises that it be taken as if you bought it in port where it gets labeled and returned on the last night, in time for your second leg.

Does anyone know if we can bring 4 bottles of wine at our initial check-in, if our paper work shows two cruises, B2B?

Thanks!

Mike

Our experiences with all of our B2B Celebrity cruises have been you are allowed to bring four 750 ml bottles of wine aboard at the beginning (embarkation) of the first leg of your B2B cruise. As a back up print off the Express pass for each leg of your B2Ber. Just in case someone questions the two additional bottles of wine. We've never been questioned about the additional bottles of wine and never had to show the Express pass for the second leg (cruise). BTW one Express will not show two cruises. Each leg of the consecutive (B2B) cruise is a different cruise. The Express pass for the first leg (cruise) is the only one you will need to show for the check-in process at the embarkation port.

Another thought..

Since it is a true B2B, if you bring the 4 bottles on the initial embarkation and they seize 2 of them, you should get them back on the last night, which then would supply the 2nd leg.

That's what we did.

We totally expected them to take 2 of the bottles and then give them back to us on turnaround day but no one ever questioned the 4 bottles on the first embarkation day so we just kept all 4 in the cabin.
