do these policies NRMA,1Cover have Medevac included. I have been told it is a must in case they have to fly you off the ship by Helicopter.

Check the policy of whatever insurance you plan to take out and make sure you are covered.

Most likely it will (as they need to be able to deliver the medical service required), but you have to read the PDS to be certain.
