That is so awesome. So happy for you and thanks for posting. We're going in Sept. and we were so looking forward to this port and Allure. Have fun. Look forward to hearing about the port.

Roatan never looked so good! Hope this works for the remaining cruises until they actually fix things there.

Liberty and Getaway have both docked twice like this since Armonia took a joy ride. Allure did turn backwards to dock. She goes out past the end of the pier now.

  • 2 weeks later...

Captain Awsome from the Allure parked that baby like a glove.

Take a tour, use Bodden Tour its way worth the money and you get to keep your personal driver all day long as he takes you everywhere you want to go. Ask for driver Issac. Very cheap.

We stopped at the beach at Bananarama and paid 10.00 for our chair in the shade about 15 feet from the water which by the way is clean and clear. Later in the day it did get busy but nice nonetheless.

Our tour guy took us to the Rum and Choc factory and let us shop, i bought 2 of the best hammacks on the top of the sightseeing hill for 15.00 a piece. Love them.

The locals are nice and the island is a work in progress but fine. Go have fun and dont get put off by people that scare you into staying on board the ship.

Roatan is nice, glad we are stopping there! Got this email from RCCL...not a big deal but arriving an hour later.

Dear Guest:

We wanted to share a slight itinerary update on your upcoming August 26, 2018, Allure of the Seas cruise. We have adjusted our arrival time to Costa Maya, Mexico and the ship will now arrive at 8:00 AM.
