Lol I am alive! Our group was up early discussing what the plan is today as we are expecting to be rained out the next few days as a tropical system is developing.

 

Several of our group are in The Guacamole making class later. Just strolled by the arcade..

 

 

Kids can spend as much in here as us adults do in the casino!

 

 

Maybe we can organize an air hockey tournament today due to the rain...

Time for a minor rant...

 

As you may have noticed from early in the report I have a small Royal Navy Collection of Ships I purchased of many of the ships we have been lucky enough to sail on.

 

So I had hoped to add Harmony to my collection... that is until I saw the current pricing..

 

 

 

Now I am all for paying a fair price, even a modest inflated price for things that I want, this to me is no where near a fair or fair inflated price. Several years ago I purchased the Oasis Model which is almost twice the size of the current models and paid $34.99. Sorry Royal.. I assume there is a market for these at that price but sorry royal.. this dog is no sucker...

 

End rant back to the fun... :)

If you want to get some memories of your cruise you can have plenty of pictures taken during the week and purchase them at...

 

 

Located on Deck Six just across from...

 

 

 

Some prices of packages available..

 

 

Now it seems most photos are stored electronically and you access them via one of the screens throughout the gallery. During the course of dinner this week we had many pictures taken at the tables and we realized they did not take our keycard or room numbers so we assume they have a facial recognition software to get those shots into your folio? We have not checked yet if they are in our folio and will when the gallery opens.

Three weeks ago on Freedom the price was around $34 though I already have one of that ship. I, too, have a model of each ship I have been on. And I, too, would be very much turned off by that price you posted. I doubt that I would by at that price even with my C&A discount.:mad:

A nice looking picture book to have memories captured into...

 

 

A nicely laid out space to peruse your photos, but I am a little nostalgic for the old walls of photos and the hunt to find you pictures... ahhh the good old days lol..

I have an observation. Maybe you and your readers can expound. We are on a cruise ship where so much is going on and so much is on times. We try to relax but move from event to event on times. How do you keep on time to different venues if clocks are few and far between?[emoji12]

Good question! After 36 cruises and being one of those who MUST be on time, I either have a watch on OR I have my cell phone with me..I know, I know- "I DON'T WANT TO HAVE MY CELL PHONE WITH ME ON A CRUISE VACATION"..I hear this all the time...BUT, the only way to be on time for all the activities you want to see is one of 3 possibilities:

 

1) Your watch or SO ( significant other) 's watch

2) Cell phone

3) Ask someone else the time

 

I don't see any other way..DON'T MISS THE SHOWS DUE TO "I don't know what time it is.."

Totally agree. I can only assume there are people willingly paying that price for them to charge it. I will check back later in the week to see if they discount it on the last day.
