Dining package price increase

Recommended Posts

Marc Walker and Mark the Activities Manager on the Indy last December were absolutely hysterical. We loved watching them in the morning.

Is that because they knew about the price increases?[emoji848]

We bought the BOGO two night package pre-cruise and then got talked into adding a 3rd night for 40% off. Doing the math, we paid the going rate for the three night package but for the rest of the cruise, the wait staff from the specialty restaurants were going around the ship trying to get diners into their venues and were also offering 40% off for one dinner.

They were trolling at breakfast and lunch in the Windjammer and one night were standing outside the main dining room trying to get us to the specialty dining.

I don’t know if that’s typical or only because we were on a 13 night cruise but one strategy could be not to pre-buy and try to get it onboard at a discount, assuming they would be offered.

That being said, the two meals we had at Chops were worth every single penny.
