satchimosmom Posted June 26, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 26, 2018 My memory is horrible and I can’t recall if rooms are generally available upon boarding or if it could be awhile.

Rare GeezerCouple Posted June 26, 2018 #5 Share Posted June 26, 2018 It also depends upon cabin/suite category. Typically, the suites are available earlier than most regular cabins, etc. But this may not be the case 100% of the time. GC
satchimosmom Posted June 26, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted June 26, 2018 Ok. So, we’ll just plan that it could be awhile. We’ll be certain to have our swimsuits on us [emoji16]
casofilia Posted June 26, 2018 #7 Share Posted June 26, 2018 We board as soon as possible with only small carry-ons and immediately go to the MDR that is open for lunch, we have paid for it after all. Then we have a very slow and lazy lunch in an almost empty dining room. By the time we have finished there is usually time for a walk round to do some "business" and by then we often find the rooms are available. Ant time from 1.30 to 2.30 would be the norm; but it depends on the arrival time of the previous voyage and the efficiency of the stewards. zqvol Posted June 26, 2018 #9 Share Posted June 26, 2018 Rooms typically ready around 1:30. Luggage can arrive before rooms are ready or as late as 7:00 p.m. Usually luggage is there by 3:00 or so.
