How to find account information for booked cruise on HAL's new website

The new website is very challenging. We are booked for 1/13/2019 on Koningsdam, and I have ordered a couple of things (liquor, etc). I have the confirmation emails but I do not see a way to review purchases, reservations etc on the webpage in my account. Is there something I am missing, or is this not possible?

Please look for the small "feedback" side bar on the lower right side of the website and let them know exactly how much trouble you are having. I admire your polite use of the words " very challenging" to describe this website mess.

It goes well beyond that, but you have a specific need and hopefully the feedback side bar can put you in contact with someone who can help you individually. They ask if you need a call-back? So they know they have a mess on their hands, but that is no way to run a website - all that annoying glossy online distraction to only reach an agent by phone? Crazy.

I did sign in using the link for booked passengers, and it does show my booking, including the room, itinerary etc. It also gives me the option to book excursions or buy "indulgences" (wine is a necessity in our family, not an indulgence). Where I'm running into difficulty is in seeing things I have already purchased - there does not seem to be a place to see things already reserved or purchased. I'll try the Feedback tab, thanks for the suggestions.

Mine are displaying after clicking “Itinerary”. On days I have something purchased, there is a notation of that in the day’s itnerary. I hope that helps!
That's where I also found the information before my recent cruise. I'm glad you were able to help WScruiser.

I am most often a "lurker", and I so appreciate all the things I have learned from everyone on CC. We have not cruised HAL in quite a few years, and are really looking forward to getting back on board.

I am actually quite surprised on the new HAL website, after the horrors of the past few months, I went on today. It was easy peasy. Logged in went to "my bookings" and was able to see my future bookings without have to log into each one. Did a little other cruise search and it seems to be working well. Looks like they may have finally developed an improved website.

I have found it impossible thus far to check to see if the prices on my cruises have changed because the stupid website won't let me select anything other than the deck it's picked. Incredibly frustrating. No way would I book a cruise on that website if I were trying to select a specific room.
