We did Uber from airport to hotel then hotel to cruiseport, no problem.

Yes. Depending on where your staying plan accordingly for traffic, especially if your staying out by the airport.

We stayed at The Roosevelt around 5 blocks from waterfront. It was a good price since they were renovating. We walked down to waterfront in the morning for a couple hours, saw Pikes Place and walked back to hotel. Then checked out and took Uber to the ship, very easy.
