Current Status of Coco Cay?

What is status of the renovations at Coco Cay? I know the pier is supposed to be done soon and the pool. Is their construction on schedule?

Not looking for soon based on what Im seeing in pics    hope its at least ready by September next year!

Just at CocoCay, came home 10/1.  If the pier is going to be done by January they have a LOT of work to do.  I will be shocked if it is done by January.  Will be back in Dec for Christmas, so can see how much progress has been made.

We were there yesterday!  The dock still has a long way to go!   There is a huge pole barn type building under construction but it's nowhere near finished either.  You can see huge piles of sand (Jim thought for making concrete) from the tender and lots of flattened earth - definitely still a work in progress.
