Baltimore Port

There isn't a train from the airport to the cruise port. There is a light rail station at the airport that goes downtown, and there's an Amtrak station close to the airport with a shuttle bus between the train station and the airport. Neither one will take you anywhere that's more convenient than a taxi or Uber from the airport itself.

There are many hotels that will shuttle you both between the hotel and the airport or the cruise port, but that's only feasible if you're staying overnight at the hotel.

Just to repeat ( 😄 ), just take a taxi/Lyft from the airport to the cruise terminal if arriving same day (not the best idea).

Or stay in a hotel with a shuttle service to the port (or again taxi/Lyft).
