Reading the cruise documents for my upcoming sealing on Freedom, it says there is a RCI 'Meet and Greet' office at San Juan's Airport. What it really is for, and when is it open?

Never saw or heard of this.

Diito.  I have seen people with RCI signs waiting at the baggage claim.  I'm not sure if they are there on behalf of the cruise line or a travel agent.

Could it be that the OP has a transfer from the airport via RCCL and as Cigar King says, is supposed to meet the RCCL people  at their "meet and greet" are in baggage claim.  Just guessing.

That makes sense, though I've never seen an "office", just cruise line reps holding a sign in the baggage claim area.

RCI has kiosks in the baggage claim area set up for those who purchased RCI transfers or hotel. That is the meet and greet.
