Does anyone use the app? I can’t get it to work.

Which app? The Carnival one, or the old Cruise Critic one that is no longer supported?

The Cruise Critic app has not been supported since the upgrades two months ago.  This was announced for a week before the boards went down for the upgrade which took a week.  They are working on a new one.  EM

Well this has solved my problem, couldn't log on to Tapatalk nor Cruise Critic App! This is a real pain, I either now have to use my lap op to access cruise critic or go in via safari if on my phone!! Poor service from what is an invaluable tool when planning a cruise!!

NOT impressed.

no..there is no longer a new app

 

the new forum software is suppose to be mobile friendly so that you can use safari or chrome on your phone/tablet

I guess this explains why I haven't been able to log into the app. I had no idea about this. Now I know (and knowing is half the battle)

They are currently working on making tap a talk work then they will be getting the branded app up and running again. I’ve been following a thread in the help section about it. Hopefully in a month or two the app will be back. I used the app a lot and miss it.
