What is the thrill theatre and cost?

The Thrill theater costs $5.50 per person.  The theater holds maybe 30 people at the most.  It's 3D and animated.  In one movie, it's a roller coaster and as you go up and down the hills, the seats tilt forward and backward giving you the feeling that you are on a roller coaster.  There were three short movies.  In one, there are monsters that come out at you and hiss and when they do, water sprays in your face.  In another, you are going through brush or something and air hits your legs and scares the crap out of you.  The whole thing lasted about fifteen minutes.  I'm 70 and I thought it was worth it.

Isn’t there a special where you can pay so much for unlimited views?

That was advertised for thrill theater on my Breeze Cruise a year ago. It was like $15. I did not see that listed anywhere on Vista last week.

If you have a rainy afternoon the IMAX is worth 12.95.  The Thrill Theatre is great for after dinner entertainment, most of our group likes to hit the casino before figuring out what the evening holds,  so the 5.50usd in the theatre saved us money in the long run.

When we were on the Vista last May I was surprised that the "effects" on a few of the seats were not working considering how new the ship is but the employees let us know where to sit beforehand.  The show was definitely entertaining.
