It will be after final payment date (which is on Nov 27 for that cruise I think), and even though we go through a TA, we have always received an email with the offer sometime afterwards - as soon as a week, and as long as about six weeks.

How exactly does this work, does anyone have a definitive answer?  I can see cruises sailing after ours have received confirmation of move ups and some people on our cruise on 29th Nov have also received move up bids weeks ago. But our bid and many others are still pending. Is there any method to move up allocations or is it on random days, categories , status etc?

Good for you!  Was that $1525 per person?  My upcoming bid from an Aqua suite to an Aqua sky suite is considered “fair”.  Wonder if I should downgrade my bid.  Lots of Aqua sky suite available

I have checked the availability by doing a mock booking today and saw no Royal or Celebrity suites listed as available but my bids have always shown as pending for these suites. There appears to be only 1 Aqua Sky Suite left and one Sunset Sky Suite left so I upped my offers today. There are about 5 Sky suites left. Costs for all available Retreat Suites now start at an eye popping $7,04I per person and Aqua Suite is a mer $8303!! I really want the Aqua Sky Suite upgrade and have hopefully raised my bid enough. I wish you luck!  I was in this situation, having bid on multiple suite categories and seeing all bids Expire with only the Royal Suite Pending. after just over a week of that suspense, all of my bids returned to Pending and were open for changes. I didn’t end up getting the Royal Suite that was pending for so long (there were 3 open at the time), but I did get a Sunset Sky Suite.
