Champagne in Ensemble Lounge

Could anyone let me know if Montaudon Champagne is still served in the Ensemble Lounge and Cellar Masters on the Celebrity Silhouette?

 

How do  the Cellar Masters automatic dispensers take payment and are they able to dispense sparkling wines?

I believe the automatic dispensers are a thing of the past on all the ships now. I do not know the answer to your champagne question

As stated above the self service is no longer utilized.  

 

As as for your other question - yes available in both bars

For the Premium Package, are the sodas in cans versus fountain?

Yes sodas are in cans on celebrity.

So what goes on in Cellar Masters now the automatic dispensers are no longer in use. Is there a staffed bar there?

Yes, it is staffed, hours are listed in the Daily, also used for private parties, other events.  We had it set up as a passport collection center on one cruise.
