And here in SW Michigan, FIP is generally a derogatory term used for someone from Chicago who vacations or weekends in this area... a Friggin' Illinois Person!  LOL

I am aware and was simply making a Caine reference to a generic Service vessel, not a specific type of ship.

I grew up in Wisconsin and we also use the same term to describe those lovely folks from below.
