if you read what i wrote, it has nothing to do with free at sea perks, it has to do with which rate is used IE sailaway, casino ect

and if you read the form T&C you would also know

sheez, and BTW some have not gotten the full OBC or any at all because of it

buy again everyone is a expert without reading anything directly from NCL

You have me totally confused right now: I am referring to the comment about some programs or perks not eligible for the OBC as someone posted months ago. This is basically not the case. It has nothing to do with anything else or giving up any perks like "free at sea" This is totally factual. We have sailed several times since the person claimed thew were told they would not get OBC, most of us here are just trying to let others know: this is not the case for standard cruises, 7 days or maybe it is 5 days long. Please explain what you are talking about? Or better just drop it.

Resubmitted the request, received a standard reply. E-mailed Investor Relations Department, no response. In many cruises this is the first time we have so much trouble even getting an answer. Still waiting. 5 days to the cruise.

Same exact situation here.  Here is what my TA said when I asked her to check "

"In regards to your stock ownership proof, they are working on it now but is hasn't hit your account yet. It will take a few weeks. They told me to advise you to keep checking your account to see if your on-board credit is on there. You won't be getting a confirmation on that. If we receive any notification on it, we will be sure to let you know!"

THIS IS A FIRST!

For the record, I booked a great sailaway rate on Breakaway with a guarantee balcony, which is the cheapest rate available to the average consumer who isn't an employee, TA or cruising on some kind of award system, and received my shareholder OBC within about two weeks.

So, unlike the unreasonable fears posted by the reading comprehension expert, there does not appear to be a change to the shareholder benefits that the average consumer is going to see.

Sent July 1, Sent again July 22, received credit on August 1 for our cruise at the end of August,  all perks and existing OBC remained.    Did have to spend 25 minutes on the phone (mostly on hold) to expedite the process to our liking, for our piece of mind and get it out of the way.  The additional OBC credit showed up real time on the app.

Really appreciate that Executive Office phone number being presented in this thread.

  • 2 weeks later...

Sent 8/4  (for our 11/2020 cruise.).Received confirmation today. 8/10  !!!

Only odd thing..is they split it 50/50 with DH and me...and I am shareholder as stated on form. No big deal at all.
