Nope.  IDK where you found that, but Princess docks at Oceankaj.  It is not possible to indicate the exact pier position as it depends on other ships and assignment.  But they are all in a row there.

We were on the Regal and docked at Oceankaj.

The last time we cruised the Baltics with Princess we docked at Oceankaj and a service bus is put on when cruise ships are in port to take you into city centre and was a lot cheaper than Princess shuttle bus.
