Problem checking in - Glitch in Celebrity web site

Several days ago I had a problem with on-line checkin and contacted Celebrity.  A lovely young man tried to help me, and he encountered the same problem - the link to checking in would not open.  He thereupon contacted IT, and they had the same problem, thus a 'ticket' was created.

 

Today three days later I am still having the same problem, and have once again contacted ~X~, this time directly to IT.

 

Is anyone else experiencing any problem checkin in on-line?  I know my sister/travel partner did as well.

I am not sure this will work any better for you, but if you are on one of the ships for which the new App is available, you could try checking in that way.  Good luck!

Have you cleared cookies and tried a different browser?  That has worked for me in the past.

I find that the best way to anything involving the  X website is to use an InPrivate or Incognito window regardless of what browser you choose. Good luck.
