What is better the Concierge Club or Diamond Club?

Same amenities.  I don't think there is a universally agreed upon "better". One is in the aft part of a lounge with views aft, the other is up in Viking Crown with views to port.

Is it set up like the one on the Grandeur (with an additional part of the Viking lounge commandeered to make it somewhat larger)?

Deck 11 Concierge lounge which is in the Viking crown lounge.

Deck 6 Diamond lounge and chops grille.

Both concierge and diamond lounge have sea views.
Giovanni's table plus the shall we dance lounge and the schooner bar are also on deck 6.

Concierge lounge is larger with slightly different and maybe better nibbles.

On our latest sailing a few weeks ago they have now set up a bar in the diamond lounge on the left hand side unfortunately taking up seating space that originally had sea views.

I knew you would know! Thanks. We are thinking of adding a sailing in for early in the year and there are several on the Rhapsody that fit our needs. I don’t know anyone who has been on her, but we do love the Grandeur.

@Norwich Cruiser ashamed about the DL set up, it’s always a nicer view out a window while at sea. We aren’t typically lounge types, but on the Grandeur it has quickly become tradition to join cruise friends at the schooner bar for sing along with the piano player in the evenings. It will be as if we know the ship entirely as we board (not a bad thing).

We thought the CL was a little tight the way it was laid out so we spent more time in the DL. It's laid out better and all on one level.

I agree completely, it is quite “cozy.” But the extra area to the middle part of the lounge has a reasonably good view (especially for sail away) and good seating for conversation (since before late night there is almost no one up there but staff and those in the CL).
