Yes, and it's specific to each ship.

You can also get extra ones at guest services in addition to the one that will be left nightly in their cabin.

Yup kids club hours at typically 9-12, 12-2pm and 5-10pm.  Other hours are baby sitting only or late night pricing.  It is usually one given to you for the week as the schedule repeats for subsequent cruises ( missy of the time).

The Teens Cruise compass had a schedule.  The one for Adventure Ocean was an informative brochure that listed the programs for each age group but didn't break down the activities to a specific schedule.  As mentioned by @bearette those are the hours Adventure Ocean was open which is listed in the main cruise compass.
