Players Club OBC

Cruising with my mom and booked using her player's club offer of $500 OBC per cabin.  Is that $500 split between the two of us or credited to her since it was her offer?  If its credited to both of us, is there a way I can transfer the money to her?  I don't plan on gambling or drinking much and we book our excursions on our own.  Can I go to Guest Services or the casino cashier or cash it out at the slots?  Never cruised under a player's club offer so not sure if their OBC has different rules.

I don't think you can cash it out as it is OBC.  If the room is booked under her offer, she will be the one to receive it. That's how I understand the offer.  I received the same casino offer, but didn't book anything using it.

Hopefully someone else that has used the offer and cruised will give you more detail.

Have a great cruise!!

Your mom will have to go to the casino "cage" with her ID to get the cash ( or it may be in fun play chips).I would also email Ocean Players Club to get a verification email to print out as proof she is entitled to the offer.  Sometimes names get left off the list and it takes a day or two for them to verify.  Bringing a copy of the email that verifies the offer will save time.

Hope this helps and enjoy your cruise!

This is "free play" from the casino - not really obc.  Sometimes you have to go to the cage and they will give you cash/chips, but sometimes the free play is loaded onto your card - you still have to check in at the casino cage for this.  If it is loaded onto your card you can sometimes cash it out at the cage, but sometimes you have to run it through a machine/table.  You can then cash out your winnings.  If it is an offer for your mom it cannot be transferred to you.

I believe that the OP booked with a "Hot Streak" offer which we have also gotten and used in the past. The offer indeed includes up to $500 obc per cabin (not free play), which is split to $250 per person. You can use this obc like any other obc, but be aware that it is non refundable, meaning use it or lose it. The offer also includes DOU, but only to the person who received the offer. Hope this helps.😎

Interesting!  TY for the clarification, I only get offers (bounceback/premier/ultra/dealers choice, etc.) that give casino cash. Have never received the hot streak offer.

Yes, Hot Streak is the name of the offer.  So its split between the 2 of us and is just like a regular OBC?  So would I be able to cash it out at the casino and give it to my mom?  She's the big gambler and would like to give it all to her.  Like I said, I don't drink or gamble so other than gratuities, not sure what to spend it on.

If you don't gamble much and want your mom to use the $$ in the casino - you could download the $500 from your S&S OBC to a casino account on your card.  Then, let your mother use your card to play (when you're out & about and don't need the card).  After she plays $100 or so, you can then go to the casino cashier & cash out the balance and give it to her.  I don't think they would let you cash it out unless there is some activity of use in the casino.

Not sure if this makes sense - after reading it over (lol), but your mother will probably get what I'm trying to say.  If she spends as much time as I do in the casino, she will understand the concept.
