rocklinmom Posted March 26, 2020 #2 Share Posted March 26, 2020 If you cancelled those yourself in your Personalizer, it should take about 5 business days (depending on your bank). In the past, under normal circumstances, it would take around 5 - 10 days to get an excursion refund. Now with their huge backlog of refunds everything is taking MUCH longer. There are lots of posts on CC about people waiting on refunds for everything from deposits to excursions to onboard pre-purchases. I spoke to a Princess representative yesterday who informed me that my prepaid excursions for our August 2020 cruise (New York City to Greenland) were processed on Friday and the $2300+ will be credited to my Princess Visa this week. TW6cruiser Posted June 30, 2020 #11 Share Posted June 30, 2020 I received money back from prepaid excursions a few weeks ago. We cancelled the cruise in April. The cruise was for mid-August. I was surprised to see my refund on my credit card on Thursday of this week after canceling them on Monday.
