gordylad Posted May 30, 2020 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2020 So we have a cruise booked with a us agent which may need cancelling and we will receive a fcc deposit back I asked my UK ta to contact celebrity about using it against a 21 cruise we had explored. We were getting nowhere having been informed it could not be used in the UK Contacted celebrity customer relations who stepped in and within a day I received a phone call and email confirming I could use it and the lady even added a note to the booking we had explored meaning if we do cancel it should be painless moving forward.
