MSC USA Customer Service

Has anyone tried calling the MSC USA office lately? How long was the average wait time? Our sailing would have been April 25th, I requested the FCC March 24th. The e-mail confirmation said I should receive the certificate in about 60 days. I have not received anything yet. I am thinking of giving them a call. I am curious how much time I should allocate. Thank you.

The US call center is now very easy to get with never a wait of more than a minute, if at all.  Back then the FCC was supposed to take 14 days from sail date, but don't expect any results from your inquiry.  There seems to be a set list of excuses why the FCC or refund is taking so long.

I called on Sunday and didn't have any wait other than the 2 minute or so introduction.

I called for the same reason not too long ago. I reached someone right away and she could see that I was due an FCC, but that it was still being processed. She was helpful as far as giving info, but couldn't do anything about anything.

I called after promised day 60 came and went.  Nice Lady answered right away.

However, booked via TA and wouldn't tell me anything so TA contacted them that now 90 days which has come and gone.

I called yesterday, first to regular customer service and I did not have to wait at all.  I then had to call the Casino customer service and the wait was 2 minutes.  However, to rebook my cruise took almost an hour.  But the rep was extremely friendly and got it completed with out any issues.   This was on a casino certificate and a resulting FCC.
