There is quite a bit of chatter about the Diamond cruising on that other site....you know,the one. I don't like seeing it become more popular than Cruise Critic!

$50 or up to $250.

currently our offers are free interior with $50 casino free play

six months ago it was interior with $250

year ago it was Balcony with $400

we have only one casino offer cruise booked, for next may 2025, for interior with $250 (we paid extra to upgrade to oceanview)

My offers are identical to yours.  They have tightened up and I am disappointed to see as low as 50 freeplay but some dont get any comped cabins anymore so I am grateful for a free inside.

We are still getting free play around $250-$400 and free cabins but that is less than we were getting a year ago

Found out it Includes cruises thru Feb.2025 that were already booked.

I got the Mystery offer too, but doubt any of us Wants to solve the "mystery"

Just chiming-in that my offers are getting more paltry too. Same play, but ratcheted-back on free play amounts. 

 

That said, I just got off Enchanted last week.  Hoping I get more offers loaded to my online profile sooner than later.

Just off the Ruby. Both around 10,000 point and the violence back was for free interior and $250 free play. Not good enough thankfully we have6 cruises already booked through 2025

Yep, we got the email also, for our June cruise. Impressed that they know the ones we already have booked. For our Carib P in April, it was too new to get the free parking perk. But we did get the extra OBC for that one!

I have the 9939 - Mystery Free Play Reveals Onboard offer, earned on 04/15. So, I only discovered this by checking my OBC's, and then called my CVP to apply this to one of my future bookings, June 19, or October 14, followed by October 19. CVP informs me that I cannot redeem the offer for the first cruise, because of the short window, ie: the booking is closed. Fair enough, but the latter two bookings were booked on April 15, the day the offer was active. The qualifiers 'Book by 06/07/24 and Sail By 04/19/25' appear OK for the October hops, but the CVP says they can't apply this to either cruise. Not pleased in the least, but this entire venting saga is just to prompt anyone else receiving this offer to check it's availability with your CVP >> at << the time of booking.
As another poster mentioned, it may be a low value redemption, but I was pissed that the offer listed as active, but in my case, it cannot be applied.
Kudo's to my CVP for being honest, pleasant, and steadfast in helping me with my call... they really are amazing with listening to customers!!!

Boy, 10,000 points used to be a balcony and 600 fp.  I guess they were the good “ol” days, huh.

 

I am finishing up a 32 day south pacific that I scored a free inside and 100 fp.   I have an ultimate hearts on the Crown end of may with 200fp and another hearts I can book with only 50 fp.  
 

The offers are coming pretty steady still but only for certain cruises.  I no longer have free rooms across the board.  I hope they continue.

I was 'presented' with a flood of offers, in email and direct mail form, many which promoted the same offers. What I noticed is that many had short time windows in which to book. Many expire tomorrow (05/10), and several others expire next month (06/09).

Hopefully new offers come out after this rush, because with 4 pending cruises, it gets a little overwhelming to sort. 

At this juncture, we're looking to plan 2025 and beyond.

Again, I tip my hat to my CVP who has been extraordinary with information and personal attentiveness.

We will see what the casino department offers.

If you don't book the original offer, they  continue to send reminder offers. I'm hoping the next round of Core Offers will return me to my original balcony offer as the ones that came out after February were for interior. I found it strange as I actually had been accumulating a lot more points on recent cruises.

We are already booked through 2025 so we are not looking at any offers that are not for 2026

We did and was prompt.  Early May email for our early June cruise. 

I haven't booked the transport yet.... that came as a text to setup with that company.

But the second question they asked was what Perk we might like?

I went outside the box and asked for Salon, and type of hair appt asking for?

It was Approved and listed in return email. 

So far so good.

Hoping our Diamond continues after Feb.

Is a revised trigger limit for declaring winnings to the IRS using a W-2g form about to change? The $1200 trigger has been in place since 1977.

Well, we all hope it changes, but, um, would the Feds give up tax revenue?  Nope.  I can't see that happening.

 

(Yes, I know all winnings are taxable, regardless of limit, but getting the W2G is sort of a guilt inducer to actually report it...)

We've been waiting a Looooong time for that amount to change.

Wish it would!   $1,200 is so....decades ago.  And a Lot more bookkeeping

for slot/vp players.

it is enchanted p, but may have to cancel. i have a small fracture of my elbow, from falling on our last cruise-mardi gras 2 weeks ago. may need surgery, seeing ortho dr thursday.
