casino comp cruise cancelled options?

Hi.  Does anyone know whether you can apply a Canadian $ FCC to a cruise booked through Club Royale?  I had thought that you could only book in US$ if you're booking through them.  Hoping that someone can spare me from having to call them and being on hold for a while.

We moved an October Symphony cruise to a Liberty cruise in February which at the time was the latest we could move.  As far as RC knowing they weren't going to start cruising in all of the previous startup dates is like saying they should have cancelled a cruise months before the hurricane hit.

email the supervisor or head of club royale and kindly tell them your dissatisfaction.power in numbers. i am not moving my 8 day cruise to a 3 day..not happening

Making your cruise shorter doesnt sound like a good deal in any way. So, you better contact the owner or a person in charge to get all these things settle down as soon as possible. I understand that it might cause troubles but I hope you will do just fine

I think they allowed us to move our cancelled cruises before, up until end of feb because they knew those cruises would be cancelled as well. because when cruises start back up whenever that is... it will be gradual. one or 2 ships smalls ships short cruises. because when cruising resumes there not going to sail all the ships all at once. and a lot of us moved our bookings to longer cruises.

This is a very valid point. I'm, sure the casino will have a limited capacity within itself.  Hopefully they will limited the the capacity to those gambling and not those using it as a smoking lounge.

For my comped cruises, 125% of zero is zero.

No FCC 
Two cruises in November, one 7 night Harmony and one 11 night Vision. I only could switch to 2 four night Mariner cruises.

Losing that 11 night free balcony cruise was a bummer.

yeah sorry to here.they allowed us to move it to any sailing just not passed end of feb because they know none of these cruises will be sailing...irritating

i have a back to back on harmony in December i have to go through all of this again when they cancel majority of sailings for december, fun

Update: we called and were only offered the short sailings in January or February.  They did offer the FCC but we chose the refund.
