Cruise Personalizer

I’ve got several cruises booked & in everyone my Cruise Personalizer is complete except one. I recheck the information & find that it doesn’t save the airport for emergency but the other cruises it’s OK. Anyone had any problems & if so what did you do?

recurring problem - posted many times

 

1) keep trying - sometime it may 'click' and accept ( I've done that )

 

2) call Princess - let them do it ( I've done that )

My personalizer consistently won't save my hubby's home airport. Always saves mine, but never his. I email my PVP, and she takes care of it.

My home phone seems to constantly change and my home airport gets deleted.  I corrected, saved and frequently get the same results.  Phone for help.

Just checked my personalizer and they gave me $100 OBC & $15 cruise credit. Don’t know why.

Must be catching up because my FCD from March 7/20 cancelled cruise has now been returned to my account to use by March 30/21. Was told back in April it was refunded as part of my FCC. Also gave me casino OBC. Not sure what’s going on, but Worth checking to see if your accounts are changing.
