New pricing for singles......this can’t be right, can it?

Wanting all-inclusive is one thing but I am certain that no single person wants to pay for two beverage packages when sailing alone

Very true, but has always been this way.  Even with the old perks, a solo pays for wifi for 2, but cannot get a 2 device activation even asking onboard.  The double onboard credit was nice, though.  Crazy, huh?

I think what will be very interesting to learn, we won't though for at least a year after cruising resumes.  I think the first year after COVID, many folks will be so anxious for a cruise vacation, they will suck it up.  Once thigs resume to the new normal, will be the test.  Time will tell and Celebrity will see the results and will either keep it...or have to review it, just IMO obviously.

I will have to keep my good friends close so I won’t pay a surcharge by having to book as a single.   My husband may not always want to cruise with me.   Other than a few “single” cabins you will be stuck with the surcharge.

I often sail with good friends.  However, we prefer to have our own cabins.
