In the past it has been 90 days for us peasants and 100 days for those staying in the Haven.

Actually, it changed to 120 days a couple of years ago.

 

I'm not sure whether things have changed again since then, but for my last cruise (Christmas 2019), we made our bookings in August, 120 days prior to cruising.

It has been 130 days prior to cruise for Haven; 125 for Club Suites/Mini-suites; 120 days for general rooms. My upcoming reservation says 120 days.
