Alaska joins lawsuit against CDC

The third party movant is claiming that he is using a cruise ship for business travel because there are few ways to reach remote Alaska. And he is not represented by counsel. And he was previously kicked out of federal court for lack of standing. Weird.

 

The CDC moratorium on evictions is not directly relevant but it does highlight the limits on CDC's authority.
