Yes, the casino opens at 9pm when docked overnight in Bermuda.

They have a gaming license that allows them to open for a limited number of hours later at night while in port.

Does this also apply at CocoCay?  Side question, does anybody remember what the max odds are on the craps table, is it 2X, 3X, or whatever?

There were some sailings in the past that we could gamble at Coco prior to the pier being built. Since then, I have been quite a few times, and the Casino was closed each of those times until after sailing.

The last RCCL cruise we were on, $25 min for 3x/4x/5x.  Otherwise, 1x.  Assume that was fleet-wide and not just determined by the pit boss.  Who knows what the rules will be when they resume cruising.
