There were some sailings in the past that we could gamble at Coco prior to the pier being built. Since then, I have been quite a few times, and the Casino was closed each of those times until after sailing.

The last RCCL cruise we were on, $25 min for 3x/4x/5x.  Otherwise, 1x.  Assume that was fleet-wide and not just determined by the pit boss.  Who knows what the rules will be when they resume cruising.
