My Silversea

Does anybody else have trouble accessing the "My Silversea" website?

I got a new computer & can't fully access it. I tried talking to the SS agent + supervisor & they couldn't figure it

out.  They turned it over to IT & said they would get back to me, but didn't. This is on MS Edge or Firefox.

The old computer used Java script, but I'm told that is no longer used/has troubles.

Good morning, I checked it with EDGE and it is working for me.....sorry you can't access it☹️. Did you try it with Google Chrome? That works for me too.

I cannot access "My Silversea" and it's been two days.

Sounds like there must be a glitch somewhere since some of us can access it and others cannot.

Probably I.T.  I would try tomorrow rather than on a Sunday night.

success! I found the solution.

it had to do with unblocking a "uBlock Origin" icon.

All fine here with Chrome - though my Virgin Voyages app won't load.

Mines fine, no problems.

Check for an app that does blocking and make some adjustments.
