If Bermuda does not process your correct application

If your application and COVID results are submitted to Bermuda correctly and on time and they do not return them to you in time to cruise are you entitled to compensation?

From who?  Viking? They aren't responsible and their COVID cancellation policy is much harsher than other cruise lines.  If you cancel for any reason within 14 days you lose what you paid.

 

Bermuda? Even if they admit their error caused you to not make your cruise I can't see them doing anything but apologizing. 

 

Take out insurance.

Interesting question … I don’t know of anyone who, at this point has had this happen (or not happen) but would be curious to know what happens if …

It sounds like several here have had issues that they ultimately (and expensively) resolved by phone with Bermuda.

Your insurance provider is probably the best place to be asking this question.

Skype is the cheapest way I found to call Bermuda - we were on hold for about 40 minutes and approved within 5 minutes post call.
