psac Posted October 31, 2021 #5 Share Posted October 31, 2021 I don’t know if this number still works? Norwegian guests can also be contacted on our ships by calling 1.888.NCSHIPS (1.888.627.4477) from the USA. For the rest of the world please dial 1.732.335.3280. Rare mking8288 Posted November 1, 2021 #8 Share Posted November 1, 2021 Breakaway - (BTW) folks using mobile browser don't / cannot "read" the topic/headings ... Oops, that stinks (BTW, welcome back from the BA sailing that almost didn't take everyone ashore until Friday morning). Good to know, initially, that device tracking is/was enabled - was it left "accidentally" on top of the bed, dresser or desk area inside your stateroom ? If the room steward found it, odds are good that s/he turned it over to Guest Services for custody & log it as an item for lost & found ... it isn't going anyway once reported & logged in. Going to take a ride along to Bermuda again & won't get turned over to shore agent/reps until its next turnaround (next Sunday is NYC Marathon Sunday ... think massive "traffic" gridlocks around and in NY) If I recall correctly, NCL will pack & ship/forward (return) it to your home/address on file at your expense ... going to take a little while before FedEx/UPS driver shown up with the package. It's Monday now, contact NCL HQ at Miami and report it. they should be able to message/email the ship and get an update for you ... and, hopefully come up with a solution to get it back to you - going to take at least another week to 10+ days. If you purchased it with a credit card & has insurance, should be covered. You should be able to "lock" up the device & secure it, disable it temporary for now until it is recovered - your cellular provider/agent should have FAQ on options on how best to do that. Good luck !
