I think the Puerta Vallarta ones are 1 y but 3-6 months are the best size for them...

Stanley Bear is at it again.  He’s back on board the Ruby in his Alaska coat (so he blends in with the native bears) and his pal McKinley. Este in guest services was excited to welcome them both on board. They will be sailing May 20th through June 9th. He’s so happy to see many familiar faces from his January outings with crew.

First stop in Haines was to ask the helpful person at the shore excursion building directions to the American Bald Eagle Foundation.  After a short 10 minute walk they were there.

Stanley highly recommends the Bald Eagle foundation. There was a great presentation on Dylan, the Eastern Screech Owl on site. Meeting Bella the Bald Eagle was exciting too.

Stanley is glad he wore his Alaska coat. He blends in with the locals better.

McKinley and Stanley made friends with a couple of locals at the Bald Eagle Foundation. Best guides in town are the friendly folks who live in Haines.

Stanley’s friend suggested they go to the hammer museum. This is a seriously great stop. Every hammer ever made must be in there. The displays are really impressive.

McKinley’s buddy took them to Haines Sheldon Museum. Another solid choice filled with history and culture of the area.

@HaveDogWillTravel, if it's not too late, check out the totem by the Haines Borough Library!  I think Stanley and his entourage would very much enjoy seeing it!

After 3 museums Stanley and McKinley were pooped and headed back to the ship. Stanley’s friend showed him how the local bears eat the dandelions this time of year when they come out of hibernation.

Back on board Stanley introduced his new friend to Jo and Pamela in crooners where. They had his signature beverage.

It’s not really a coat. It’s a Stanley made with that fabric. Samel in guest services gifted him to me.

So sweet for them to give him to you. I wonder if Build-A-Bear clothes would fit Stanley. Looks like his hat is only on by two stitches and loops around his ears.

So wonderful to see this fun, happy thread come back to life!  @kamelia I hope your Stanley has a chance to interact with crew!  The crew on the Ruby had so much fun. Every time I boarded they’d ask to see Stanley.

Stanley is on the Royal going to Mexico with McKinley. They’ve found some great new friends. 

 Stanley will always have a soft spit for his first BFF Josephine from Crooners on the Ruby.

the Bears (& I) just got back from the Sapphire to Mexico & can't wait for their photos to be posted:
