Mysterious Charge?

I so appreciate the towel thoughts.  I thought that by watching my account online and looking at the receipt the night before disembarking that I was good.  Now I know to triple check.  Thanks again.

Spoke to Royal several more times and they still don't know what the charge was for.  We faxed them a copy of our last bill on the Anthem showing a "0" balance.  They finally agreed to reimburse the $200 but said it could take up to four weeks.  Our credit card company is aware of everything and told us if the credit from Royal doesn't come through they will credit us anyway.  Didn't want to do a chargeback in case Royal "bans us for life".

If you credit card company reimburses you, it WILL be a chargeback to Royal.  The CC company is not going to give you that money.

Take a picture with your phone of the transaction the pool attendant puts in the system?
