Azura is our favourite ship. We love the atrium with the Blue Bar overlooking it. Perfect to watch (in the past) various entertainments. We always go for sun beds away from the main pool areas as they are much quieter. We are on her in September going to the Eastern Med, hoping things have not changed too much since we were on her in 2019.

Good to know. We are booked on Azura in October on our first P&O cruise, looking forward to trying it out!

I hope you enjoy your time on the Azura .There are loads of "Azura full tours" on You Tube

for you to check out . Once you get to know your way around the ship ,you will also be learning

your way around the Ventura as well ,Only the Blue Bar would now be the Red bar plus a few more name changes of the bars onboard . I hope you have a great time when you go .

Thanks all for your responses, we are looking forward to the cruise as we doo all cruises, but when boarding a ship for the first time, it takes a week to find where everything is 😄  so we were hoping for the inside info some of you have given. Again thanks all.

Been on Azura in 2019 and went on Iona last year and much preferred the Azura even though she is an older ship.

Whilst I would have preferred her to carry fewer passengers and thus be a little less crowded - they should never have added the extra deck of cabins to the Grand Princess design without adding more public space - I like Arura. She has good passenger flow and an internal design which makes it easy to socialise. My favourite P&O ship since the sad demise of Oceana and Oriana!
