"Happy Birthday" Decoration Cake Package not showing as an option??

It's my Gal Pal's BDay during our cruise and I wanted to have the cabin decorated, cake and BDay package ready for her.  I am not seeing it in the options :(. 

I only see Wedding and Bon Voyage packages.    I logged on to my account on the CCL website and have tried everything under the sun to try to find it...

 

Did they stop doing this?

I have the same issue.  In fact I had it my shopping cart and it disappeared. Its my son's first cruise and 5th birthday. Very disappointed.

I see them available on my cruises for the next 6 months or so. Put birthday in the search box.

There are supply chain issues with this product.

I ordered mine 3 weeks ago for my son on our sailing.  But it's not on the list anymore.  I wonder if there were/are limited quantities.

Talked to Carnival and was told it was due to supplier issues and only what is available for now and they hope to get it updated once the supply is restocked.  I ordered a banner for my friend online and will hang it myself along with goodies too!  The cakes have gone very generic too.   Got one last cruise and it was OK with no personalization being done anymore.

We haven’t cruised since July 2019.  Finally cruising for my daughter birthday Apr 3rd and they don’t have the happy birthday banners.  I wonder if they might have 1 or 2 left onboard that I can order at the shop?
