Refunds on packages

When you cancel a photo or other package to get a better deal, how long does it take for RC to put the money back on your card? I have heard there have been issues recently so wondering if anyone has recent experience.  Thanks!

Whenever I have canceled something I've had the refund within 3 days.

it takes about 3 days which is about the same for a "pending" charge to change to posted also.

It has been over a week. I am worried I might be in the group with issues. Doggone it.  I remember it being 3 days, too.

I experiences several weeks - maybe close to six

I changed some shore excursions using Cruise Planner on the website.  The one I canceled on Friday (4/1) was just credited back to my card yesterday (4/6), so not counting the weekend, that's 3 business days.

Looking back on my CC statement it was 4/1 when I cancelled and rebooked the water package.  Refund hit my card 4/5

I was in the same boat until I checked my card account today and I am finally seeing the refunds pending. I cancelled mine on April 1st also.

Shore excursions and drink packages have always been around a week for us.  Only when the cruise was being cancelled did it take more.

It's been about a week for me lately, as in as recently as a couple weeks ago.

I received my refund in 3 business days when I cancelled a cruise planner item and repurchased it for a lower price. This was back in November though.

I canceled a dining package recently and it took about 7 or 8 days for it to return to my account.
