Do all cruise lines require pre-cruise COVID-19 testing?

AFAIK, yes, with a couple of asterisks:

  1. Some cruise lines are using testing at the terminal as the only required pre-embarkation test
  2. Some cruise lines accept proof of a positive test AND a doctor's note saying that you've recovered and are fit to travel in lieu of a test
