It probably won't work for long given all these posts.  Celebrity doesn't intend for you to be able to cash out OBCN and has been closing the loopholes for several years.  Some have been lucky that they just haven't been that good at it.

Doesn’t only work on obc given by a TA ?

TA OBC is usually refundable anyway. Just go the Guest Services and cash it out last night if you want.

I cashed out a OBC from agent yesterday.    All I had to do was sign a piece of paper and then answer one question.   Are $100's ok.
