Currently on Reflection TA - any questions?

The Reflection is our favorite ship and aft corner Sky Suites are our favorite cabins.  The views are great for most of them with a few with minor obstructions.  The pole is not in exactly the same position on all decks but we have never had a bad experience with one.

Three questions.

Are Bulgari bath amenities still offered on the Reflection?

What is the basic (real) champagne offered in Luminae and Micael's Club as I understand Montaudon is no longer available.

Is the lamb burger back in Luminae yet?

Thanks.

PS.  If you are a cheese freak as I am never order the cheese plate in Luminae as it comes right from the fridge.  Instead as your waiter or sommelier if he or she can speak to the cheese person in Murano and have a really good cheese plate available for you the next time you are in Luminae for dinner. All the difference in the world and you don't have to pay for Murano.

Thanks for the heads up on the cheese platter. I rarely eat dessert but love cheese!

I have the same question about Bulgari bath amenities. If they are no longer supplied please could you comment on what is, especially the body lotion?

Thanks for all your posts.

We had CO Bigelow in a Sky Suites a few weeks ago. The same peppermint lavender scent they use on E Class.

Champagne is my nightly tipple and they seem to have some supply issues as it’s a different one most nights. Not a huge fan of any of them so far. Not dry enough for me. I’ll snap some labels tonight.

I think I’d avoid deck 11 and 12. 11 has the window cleaning contraption right outside the pothole window.

Capt’s morning briefing:  we only have 2 cases of Covid onboard and they have very mild symptoms.

in my opinion covid is never going away and we have to learn to live with it. I certainly wouldn’t let it stop me travelling or cruising

Somebody posted a picture of him on another forum the other day. He is on the reflection

Sorry forgot to post. The casino bar man is Sergei from Ukraine. He’s lovely but does get upset, understandably, if anyone mentions the war.

We had room 12-2217 and the window washing equipment never was an issue in blocking views.

We are in room 2217 in June. Many years ago on Eclipse's inaugural sailing we had the two corner Sky's on deck 12 aft, when I saw the cleaning equipment I shuddered, but by day two we never noticed it again and it certainly didn't block our view which is wonderful from an aft cabin.

Interesting. I was in Sky Suite Rm 12-2217 beginning of last month(March) and we had Bigalow toiletries.

That's odd.  Please could you give your opinion on Bigalow, especially the body lotion?  I've never heard of it here in Australia.  Do the products come in small bottles or large ones that get refilled?

Thanks and apologies for hijacking the thread.

You can see a few of the bottles in these images - I'd say they were about 16 oz. I didn't use the body lotion, though none of the products seemed to be as aromatic as Bulgari.
